Okay, so my OPTIONAL Tuesday posting came sooner than I thought. I can’t resist sharing these two amazing songs.

If the devil has been on your back, it’s time to tell him where he can go. Zach William’s “Under My Feet” is a fight song. Who better to address, than the one who’s stirring the pot, right? I have a few favorite lines in this song, but I won’t give you any spoilers. I’ll let you experience it for yourself.

The Second song is just as amazing. Matthew West is always a winner, and “Truth Be Told” is a seriously great song. Our Lord is a chain breaker. It’s time to shake those prison walls and remind the devil that we belong to the King of Kings who sets the captive free.

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” —John 8:31-32

“Today I heard a weatherman say something that could also be taken philosophical: “Don’t dress for yesterday’s weather.”” –Chuck Bassett (My dearly missed big bro and mentor.)

    1. Oh good! Glad you liked them. I ended up deleting that post. 😐 I don’t do that often, but I wasn’t happy with that one, so it was making me too self-conscious. Silly, I know, but there ya go. It happens. Thanks for the comment Eliza!

    1. I just heard it for the first time on Monday. It’s amazing. I listened to both of those songs over and over. Then I got Andrew to listen to them and he listened to them over and over. So good. 😊
